Toronto, Ontario — The 2026 Canadian International AutoShow will feature the largest selection of test drive vehicles in the show’s history. Over the course of its 10-day run, attendees will have the opportunity to get behind the wheel of more than 50 vehicles from 19 different brands.

Last year, Canada’s largest consumer show spanned more than 650,000 square feet, welcomed 323,521 visitors, and delivered an impressive 15,000 test drives along with 30,000 test rides at Camp Jeep®—setting a new benchmark for hands-on AutoShow experiences.

In addition to driving vehicles on the TD EV Test Track (Canada’s largest indoor EV test track) or participating in outdoor test drives, attendees can also ride along with a professional driver on the iconic Camp Jeep® course. Each of the five obstacles is purpose-built to showcase the exceptional off-road capability of the Jeep product lineup. Camp Jeep® proved to be a major hit at the 2025 AutoShow, delivering more than 30,000 test rides. The indoor EV test track hosted 5,706 test drives, while 9,352 attendees took advantage of outdoor test drive opportunities.

“For 2026, we continue to expand the hands-on nature of the Show,” said Jason Campbell, General Manager of the Canadian International AutoShow. “Not only can visitors sit inside vehicles on the show floor, but many of the most popular new models are also available to drive. The AutoShow offers unparalleled access for consumers to test drive and compare a wide range of the latest cars, trucks, and SUVs—it’s all about choice. Guests leave with a much deeper understanding of EVs, hybrids, and internal combustion vehicles, helping them make more informed purchase decisions.”

Complementing exhibits featuring exotic and classic vehicles, North American debuts, concept car reveals, and interactive activations, showgoers are able to do more than just look—they can truly experience the vehicles firsthand. For the fourth consecutive year, the Canadian International AutoShow partnered with Plug’n Drive to deliver electric vehicle education and test drive opportunities.

Attendees have the chance to drive the latest EVs from a wide range of manufacturers, experiencing multiple models without ever leaving the show floor. Test driving at the AutoShow offers a sales-free, no-pressure environment, allowing visitors to explore options and ask questions at their own pace.

Outdoor test drives are also available for those wanting to experience EVs, PHEVs, and ICE vehicles in real-world driving conditions. The TD EV Test Track, is located on Level 800 of the South Building, features 25 vehicles from 12 brands, while outdoor test drive programs operate from the 200, 500, and 800 Levels. Participating brands include Audi, BMW, Jeep®, Kia, MINI, Polestar, Tesla, and Volvo.

Located on Level 800 of the South Building, Canada’s largest indoor EV test track provide AutoShow guests with a truly one-of-a-kind driving experience.
