Douglastown Auto joins NAPA!
The NAPA AUTO PARTS network grew substantially in Miramichi, NB over the summer with the acquisition of Douglastown Auto on the King George Highway. The Douglastown store, previously owned by Herb and Lynn Underhill, had been part of the Auto Sense store chain.
The store has been re-named NAPA Douglastown (new sign going up above) and NAPA Atlantic Vice-president Norm Cormier says by including the Jane street location, NAPA can now provide excellent customer service to Miramichi installers, “NAPA has great inventory coverage and the ability to get products out of the Moncton Distribution Center daily is also a huge advantage.”
The NAPA Douglastown staff (above) remains intact and Joe White has been appointed manager with Colin “Collie” Savage as assistant-manager. Cormier added that the store staff has embraced the changeover well, “Douglastown Auto already has a solid reputation for customer service and we want to continue that fine tradition.” NAPA Douglastown becomes the 26th location in New Brunswick and a total of 83 in Atlantic Canada.
