Auto Atlantic announces new bursary for NSCC automotive service repair student
In the spirit of its commitment to the very best in the Automotive Service Industry, Auto Atlantic has announced the creation of a new bursary to be awarded through the Nova Scotia Community College
Auto Atlantic publisher Robert Alfers has said the $350.00 bursary is open to students entering the September 2009 core program in Automotive Service Technician at the NSCC Akerley Campus.
Applicants must be enrolled full time in the Automotive Service Technician program and demonstrate a strong commitment to pursuing their studies.
To apply for the bursary a student must submit his/her Portfolio to the NSCC communications instructor by noon, on the Friday prior to March Break 2010. Awarding of the bursary will be based on the student’s presentation of their portfolio to an assessment committee.
The winners name and photo will appear in an edition of Auto Atlantic, and will also be awarded a free subscription to the magazine along with the $350.00 bursary.
